A simple free tip to CALM THE RAGE from Navy Seals thay everyone could benefit from
Box breathing
Honestly this has stopped me doing so much dumb shit, reacting to rage inducing posts and general fuckery
Simply put in rarely in a rage now and when I am?
I do this
4 seconds in
4 seconds hold breath
4 seconds breath out
4 seconds hold our breath
2-5 mins does the trick
I do it a few times a day (good anyways for calm focus) but with seemingly everything getting a bit ‘tense’ this is something I think we could all use
I’ve put a link to an article in comment #1 and personally I use the breathing element on the CALM app which has this option
(I’ve even done this in queues and outside when needed. Also been a handy ‘reset’ when I get the odd sad moment about goat)
