The 24-Hour Rule On Negative Feelings
Life hurts you at times.
You are 100% in your right to feel sad, depressed – whatever, but as of now
I wont tolerate it from my clients, or myself for more than 24 hours
Let it all out, For 24 hours
Then take a moment to realise how lucky you are to be live in a time where the majority of us reading this are free to take positive action to change our situation
Remember, nothing changes if nothing changes
Once the 24 hours is up?
Get clarity on what you could do then crack on
Nothing good comes from whining, but you’re allowed to…for a bit then that’s it IMO
