What do you do to ‘toughen up’?
This last weekend has been a tough one for many; it’s highlighted some of the issues that social media give us
I saw a post on my feed (scrolled to fast) where someone said that this will keep happening to a degree and that – as individuals – we also have to look after ourselves
A degree of mental toughness is extremely useful
I’m not – 100% NOT – saying that you should become hard or cold or anything
But working ON your resilience and mental toughness is key to help you get through shitty time’s
I’ve done a few trainings on this (my best ones from memory being in GRIT 1.0 and GRIT: The Evolution) but I’ll go live later this week to share some strategies that have worked for me and those I’ve taught
